Do you know your rights? Union observer for any meeting with Berlitz management

Begunto NUGW Labor Management Agreement (LMA) with Berlitz Japan Management allowing Begunto NUGW members to have a Begunto NUGW observer present. Berlitz management cannot interfere with the communication between the Begunto NUGW member and the observer during any meeting. The member may refer any question or comment levelled at the member by Berlitz management to the Begunto NUGW observer, and the observer may advise the Begunto NUGW member.
